Allocation times can vary depending on the nature of the query and availability – while time sensitivity of each query will be taken into consideration, this service may not be suitable for urgent queries.
- There is no obligation to continue beyond the agreed session time (up to 1 hour).
- Each query is handled on a case-by-case basis. Completion of this form does not guarantee a consultation, as all referrals are subject to availability and capacity.
- Not all situations may be able to be resolved through this service. Members may be advised to seek independent support outside the scheme if necessary. This service may not be suitable for resolving legal disputes or queries requiring litigation.
